ContactLogo is a review-first utility. It suggests public brand marks for business cards in an address book you already have. A wrong logo is worse than none, so nothing is written until you approve it.
You are responsible for the address book you import and for every logo you apply. ContactLogo does not claim ownership of your contacts. You must have the right to read and, if you write back, to modify those records.
Logos, wordmarks, and other brand assets belong to their owners. ContactLogo fetches publicly available images by domain so you can preview them. We do not sublicense those trademarks. Applying a mark to a contact is your choice and should be limited to identifying a business you actually communicate with.
Some third-party icon packs remove corporate marks under trademark pressure. A missing or stale mark is not a ContactLogo endorsement of any substitute.
The software is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. Matching can be wrong. Always review the queue, especially guessed domains, favicons, and contacts that already have a photo. Keep the backup the app offers before you apply a batch.
iOS, macOS, and Android builds may ship later through the usual stores. Until a listing is public, any native binary you run is a local build. Store terms, when they exist, will add to these terms rather than replace the review-first rule.
The Privacy Policy is part of these terms.
